I tried a lot of weight loss diet and exercise but only one is effective for me. Less carbohydrates and more protein intake are the ones that help me brought back my original weight. On the exercises, jogging is not good to me so I tried walking and biking. Once a week I also eat what I crave for like fries and chips and I hope I can maintain my ideal weight.

An officemate of mine has hair loss problem before and his doctor found out that he is lacking some hormone and was treated with hgh supplement. I wonder my height now maybe I am also lacking with hormone that’s why I don’t have ideal height. It is in the genes already I inherited from my mom. I wish my dad genes was stronger Lol! Anyway I am really proud of my height no matter what.

A relative of ours was suffering of depression on her married life and we are afraid she will not surpass these difficulties in her life. She once asked me before if I know some best over the counter sleep aid that may help her during sleepless night. I am really worried for her and so last weekend I visited her and I am happy to know that she trying to move on with her life even thought it is really hard
