Healthy habit

I tried a lot of weight loss diet and exercise but only one is effective for me. Less carbohydrates and more protein intake are the ones that help me brought back my original weight. On the exercises, jogging is not good to me so I tried walking and biking. Once a week I also eat what I crave for like fries and chips and I hope I can maintain my ideal weight.

Summer is the best time to lose some weight by having a lot of outdoor exercise or sports like jogging and biking. For me I can’t do this because summer is also the best time to feast out like grilling lol! I am thinking to resort in fat burners that work like swimming. I registered in the new indoor pool center in town and I hope I can see some result soon.

Every time I meet up with my friends, diet and losing weight are the hot topics. Lately, they are discussing about a certain mayoberry product and they told me to get more information on their website www.moyoberry.org Anyway, losing weight is also my long time problem but I am lazy to do it. I am just satisfied with my everyday 30 minutes exercise and a healthy lifestyle.
