Anyway, I am happy today to here the good news that one of my friend’s siblings is showing an improvement with her illness. My friend was so worried about her sister’s condition. We are praying for the fast recovery and that she can still continue reaching out her dreams and endeavors in life. She is very lucky to have given a second chance and we are very thankful for that.

I got some time to visit a relative at the hospital last Friday afternoon and I was delighted to see her that she is already fine. She will be discharge by Monday and I wish her for a better condition.

As I leave the hospital I saw my former colleague who works now at the hospital. We chatted each other as I helped her carry those boxes of adult diapers and brought them into the store room. She invited me for a coffee at the canteen but I need to go home already. I am happy that she has gone far already in her life. According to her she just followed her dream to be a nurse so she went back to school after resigning at the office before and now she is happier.

My colleague at work is into workout at the gym these days and he also invited us to join and my friend said no thank you I will just try force factor pre-workout supplement if it works on him. I wish to have a free time at the gym but my job is eating most of my time.

Good thing the everyday stress help me to trim down and I am thankful that I am still fit and healthy. Taking my vitamins everyday also a big help for me and maybe eating a balance diet too. I hope my lifestyle will still make me fit and alive in spite of difficulties in everyday life.
