Sunday was spent at home baking some muffins with my sister. She enrolled into culinary arts short course now which was her long dream before but she still pursued her accounting course. Now that she is successful with her career she finds time to fulfill her dream.

We baked the normal recipe for muffins like mixing the flour with milk, vegetable oil and one egg. The muffins were baked in an oven for 24 minutes and let them cool in preparation for the decoration. For the cream we mix a food color and fresh cheese together. She taught me how to decorate them using the pastry bag. I don’t know really to use the bag and so I just coated the muffin with the cream and use the fork for the design and sprinkled some white chocolate flakes. I just love my creation Lol!
