The topic about our lunch break at work yesterday was on dieting. Diet pills that work without exercise were my wish and one of my colleague uttered that was a great idea. Another office mate suggested a new diet club program wherein one can register to join the club. My friend colleague discussed about counting the calorie we take every day. Our superior shared about low carb and protein diet.

There are a lot of diet programs to try but I don’t have the patience to do it. I am lazy when it comes to this matter. I am only satisfied doing my outdoor walk every weekend and I think that is already enough for me. I’m still trying to gain more motivation to start trimming down and I hope I can start on springtime. Good luck to me then.
