There are people who are so lucky enough that no matter how much is their amount of food intake, they just stay skinny. They don’t have to buy diet pills or even spend time, effort and money in gyms. How lucky of them! I have a friend who is like that. She eats a lot. She eats anything edible but she stays in good shape. She says she burn fat easily. She can burn all the fat she ate by just simple physical activities like walking, getting up and down the staircase. I am so jealous of her because when I eat more than the prescribed every meal food intake, I notice there is a difference in weight as I monitor them. Well, I guess I just have to bear with it. Maybe, it’s God’s way of teaching me discipline. LOL!
