Since its new year, let me share to you an appetizer recipe.
Bruschetta
Asiago cheese-flavored French bread is brushed with olived oil and oven-toasted, then topped with a mixture of chopped garlic cheese, roma tomatoes, and garlic in oil.
Ingredients:
1 block (8 ounces) Hoffman’s garlic cheese
3 large roma tomatoes
1 clove fresh garlic
1 cup virgin olive oil
1 loaf asiago cheese French bread
Directions:
Cut up cheese, tomatoes, and garlic; in large dish mix with 1/2 cup olive oil. Slice bread; baste each piece with some of the remaining oil; place bread in oven on cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes to toast lightly. Take bread out, top with bruschetta mixture & serve.
